Are you ready for the perfect fall dessert? Vegan Maple Pecan Bars are the ultimate sweet treat for autumn!
Guys, these Maple Pecan Bars are out of this world good and the perfect way to kick off your fall baking. It was 80 degrees when I baked these maple pecan bars and I maybe had to turn on the air conditioning one last time to truly enjoy having the oven on, but it was all worth it in the end. The brown sugar in these maple pecan bars gives off a caramel taste to both the crust and topping, while coconut cream is mixed into the topping to make everything creamy and dreamy. Looking for the perfect vegan macaroons? Look no further than this chocolate dipped cookie version!
I just stole one of these vanilla bean macaroons out of the freezer, biting into the hard exterior and trying to eat it before the chocolate dipped bottom started melting onto my fingers, with no luck. Hello and it’s been a minute, right? Excuse the all over the place posting schedule while I squeeze the last of summer livin’ into my life, but sometimes it’s necessary to step away and take a beat before everything whizzes past in a hurry. I promise this vegan danish recipe is worth the wait! I’m actually about to leave on a girl’s trip to Portland with one of my absolute best friends on the planet and really wish I could have carried on a few of these blueberry vegan danishes for her. This trip is one of those that I bought the plane tickets so long ago that I think I keep (more…)
A perfectly boozy and sweet pairing in easy cherry red wine popsicles!
Hellooo and welcome to not only Friday but #PopsicleWeek! Honestly, I get excited for Popsicle Week every year because Billy sends the best e-mails (includes Mariah Carey, so duh) and thinking up popsicle flavor combos has become (more…)
I have this very vague and very long list of recipes in a note on my phone, mainly ones that I want to try making (hello, vegan swiss cake rolls are killing me, I’ve been trying!) and others are just a slew of words that popped into my head and I need to get out before I forget them. This vegan caramel sauce was one of those ‘what was I thinking?’ (more…)
