Ready to use the season’s best apples? Here are 10 apple dessert recipes that are perfect for fall! From breakfast to dessert, crisp to biscuits, all the apple recipes are here!
Hello and hi there! I’m all kinds of thrown off on what day it is and have been dealing with power/internet issues, so it seems like a perfect time to talk about apple dessert recipes, yes? After taking a weekend trip for a couple of football games (college and NFL) over the weekend, AJ and I came home yesterday to a power outage (right about when it was getting dark) and then a zapped router after the power came back on. There was a lot of swearing at technology in general over the last 24 hours, but I figured out how to install a router and read way too many articles on how to troubleshoot internet problems, so it’s all good. Plus, AJ and I both ran errands yesterday and came home with ice cream, so we both have our priorities in order. Anyway, let’s talk about apple desserts! (more…)

Are you ready for the perfect fall dessert? Vegan Maple Pecan Bars are the ultimate sweet treat for autumn!
Guys, these Maple Pecan Bars are out of this world good and the perfect way to kick off your fall baking. Think of these like a shortbread-y crust topped with a big batch of quick caramel and a healthy dose of pecans folded in. The brown sugar in these maple pecan bars gives off a caramel taste to both the crust and topping, while coconut cream is mixed into the topping to make everything creamy and dreamy. True fall baking heaven! (more…)

I just stole one of these vanilla bean macaroons out of the freezer, biting into the hard exterior and trying to eat it before the chocolate dipped bottom started melting onto my fingers, with no luck. If I’m going to be 100% honest here, I probably ate about 3 cookies worth of dough while I was (more…)

Hello and it’s been a minute, right? Excuse the all over the place posting schedule while I squeeze the last of summer livin’ into my life, but sometimes it’s necessary to step away and take a beat before everything whizzes past in a hurry. I promise this vegan danish recipe is worth the wait! I’m actually about to leave on a girl’s trip to Portland with one of my absolute best friends on the planet and really wish I could have carried on a few of these blueberry vegan danishes for her. This trip is one of those that I bought the plane tickets so long ago that I think I keep (more…)
