- Yields 1 cocktail
- 3 ounces vodka
- 4 ice cubes
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup lemon sorbet
- 8 ounces sparkling wine or champagne
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, vodka, zest and juice of lemon, and lemon sorbet. Shake for 20-30 seconds, or until everything is combined throughout. Pour into tall glass and top with sparkling wine, garnish with a cherry and drink up!
