Vanilla Bean Infused Sugar + Mint Cocoa Infused Sugar


  • For the Vanilla Bean Infused Sugar:
  • 1 vanilla bean (split in half and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup granulated or cane sugar
  • For the Mint Cocoa Sugar:
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves (torn into large pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated or cane sugar


  1. For the sugars: Pour all ingredients into a jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and let store in a cool, dark place for about a week before using. Stir into coffee, a cocktail or sprinkle on cookies.
