Description
Rolled oats, pecans and fresh pears combine to make a perfect make-ahead breakfast! Vegan oatmeal at its best.
Ingredients

- 3 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup light agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2 pears (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a large storage container, mixing together well. Add more or less spices, depending on your taste. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve cold with a few more nuts sprinkled on top.
