Ingredients

- 2 slices lemon
- 2 oz . bourbon
- 1/4 oz . simple syrup
- Ice
- Dash of bitters
- Cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon, then add the bourbon, simple syrup, ice and bitters. Shake vigorously until combined and strain into a glass. Garnish with a cherry.
